We walked over here after a Friday night concert at Stubb’s. The place is really chill, and we had a great time. We all had some beers, played some big block Jenga and giant Connect 4, and I even got the ring to latch on the hook!

Stubbs BBQ was super packed, so we came across the street at the recommendation of a fellow Socal friend. When you get a Mexican food recommendation from someone in Socal, take it!

The food was quite tasty. I had the carnitas enchiladas, my friend had the carnitas tacos. I washed mine down with a Shiner while my buddy went for the Lone Star.

A little more ‘tex mex’ than traditional mexican, but still quite yummy. Service was great, food was tasty, waitress was friendly, that’s how all restaurants are supposed to work!

I loved this place. I had always wanted to check this place out when I was across the street from it, just never had a chance. We finally went. It was quiet and no one was in there but that was ok. We had our own party. The bartender was nice. This is connected to the restaurant and that’s a nice place too. Looking to check that out one day and it’s not opened as late. This bar has cute little fireplaces. I loved the patio area and the furniture was nice. I can’t wait to return.

I loved this place! We would be regulars here if we lived in Austin. Such a fun spot to hang out. They recognize that drunk people want to have FUN! There are lot of activites – super-sized versions of childhood faves like Jenga and Connect Four. The giant Jenga is made with cut-off 2X4’s that makes that game slightly dangerous but very fun. A cool place to hang outside with lots of built-in benches and nice little tables.
The margaritas … for the love of god yum. They are huge and carefully made. Chili-lime salt on the rim. Awesome tequila options.
We had a grrrreat time here. Tony the Tiger style.

TRY IT, TRY IT, TRY IT!!!!

This little hidden gem has it all….amazing tequila selection, knowledgable staff, quaint patio, clean bathrooms, great music and the local neighborhood feel that we all look for when we go out!

This will be my new go to place! It’s not about only having a great tequila selection but, having the staff who is knowledgable and can mix the right tequila with the right ingredients and they receive a gold star for that!

The price was also really reasonable for the caliber of tequila they have! I have noticed that a lot of tequila bars tend to up the price because tequila bar is in their name however, this one still retains the non-snobish feel!

I think this would make a great date night place or a place to take a small group to hear live music on the patio but, still be able to hear each other talk!

This is a superb hole in the wall hangout with a lot of great spots to sit outside and watch all the crazy that is downtown nigh life unfold. The drinks are great the patio games are entertaining but my favorite thing about the place is the laid back décor. This place isn’t trying to be anything but casual fun…and I thank them for that.
