Mill Scale Culinary will be doing their first official pop-up at Hotel Vegas & Volstead on February 24th-25th.
Chef Max Frisbie will be curating a special menu for both days of the pop-up

* Smash Burger – Onions, Special Sauce, Sesame Seed Bun
* Chili Cheese smoked sausage – Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage
* Frito Pie Walking Taco – Chili, Onion, Sharp Cheddar

Every menu item will feature components cooked with open-fire equipment fabricated by Mill Scale Metalworks. Giving a unique twist to these classic dishes.
