MONDAY MAY 13 Metal and Movement!!!
Join for this free beginner-friendly, moderate intensity hour metal workout! This will begin with guided stretching followed by a full body workout. You are always welcome to listen to your body, take breaks and adjust any movement to your comfort level!
Please do bring your own mat and pair of light dumbbells (though dumbbells not required) there will be a limited supply of both available for use.
