What a hidden gym in downtown atx!

Having lived at the Ashton, 360 and Gables – I found this building to have the complete package where the others are missing a good gym, have bad parking, or a lot of train noise!

Love this location and the views are amazing. Walked to Whole Foods everyday and the pool is on the first floor so no crazy wind like all these other atx pools.

Concierge service is on point and one of the managers Amber takes care of any issues asap and with a smile!

Just moved into the Monarch and I must say I’ve been very impressed with the entire process and the property. They really make everything super easy and are there to help at every step. The apartment looks beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for. Shout out to Lauren in the leasing office for hooking it all up!

I have loved living at The Monarch since day one. I can walk to so many places- Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, yoga, Town Lake, great restaurants and bars- the list goes on. The entire staff has always gone above and beyond since I’ve lived here. Almost everyone knows me by name and always greets me with a smile. Maintenance requests are handled in a prompt and friendly manner. I can’t say enough great things about living here.

Came to stay at my sister’s apt this past labor day weekend and got to check out her new place!

I must say- this place is nice and swanky. I love the front desk 24/7 service and the coffee bar which doesn’t take too long to swing by. We did get to venture to the pool! One of the best layouts I’ve seen.. now if only that other building went away so we could have gotten more than 2 hours of sun!

The rooms were nice- not a fan of how far away the bathrooms were from the bedroom but definitely a fan of the size of the bathrooms! The garden tubs are to die for!

This is a premier property. Opinions to the contrary don’t understand apartment living. Yes there is an occasional faux pas by a dog (I dont have one by the way) but the general appearance and upkeep are excellent by any measurement. Service from the Consierge Group to Management to Maintenance are really very good in balance. Short of renting to too many college kids, which occasionally is annoying, the day to day lifestyle is certainly stylish and classy. It has gotten a bit pricey for sure but the location, amenities, people and lifestyle is there. I’ve been a year in the residence and find it every bit a premier property in the Austin area.
